Licensed UK sponsor recruiting compassionate care assistants for residential homes across Greater Manchester under the Health and Care Worker visa route.
Responsibilities
- Support residents with personal care, mobility and daily living activities.
- Administer medication under supervision and record care notes accurately.
- Encourage social engagement and monitor residents' wellbeing.
- Escalate clinical concerns to senior nursing staff.
Requirements
- Care experience in a home, hospital or community setting
- IELTS 4.0 (UKVI) or approved English exemption
- Clean police clearance certificate
- Willingness to work shifts including nights
